    • We’ll then schedule our first 1:1 video consultation call with a qualified health professional to complete all major functional assessments as well as iron out any barriers that need to be accounted for so we can start fixing your pain and building stronger knees right away.

    • Depending on your injury or pain, you’ll get a science-backed, specialised rehabilitation program that is customised to your needs and fits into your lifestyle.

    • We deliver your program using a bespoke app with video demonstration and message support on weekdays.

    • For the next 8 weeks you’ll get daily support with your pain and have all the resources necessary to get results.

    • We’ll catch up once a month via video consultation to adjust your program and ensure you’re getting results
