Hey I’m Sam. I also experienced stubborn patella tendon pain when I played semi-professional basketball and could never seem to get rid of it.

In that time I saw heaps of Physiotherapists who all gave me the same boring, directionless approach with a bit of a quad rub.

After studying for many years and seeing countless athletes with tendon pain, I decided to create this program as an awesome, evidence-based way to fix your pain, get back to sport and build the most athletic legs you’ve ever had.

Injuries are a difficult thing to overcome and sometimes you’ll have questions specific to your case.

That’s why you’ll be able to ask as many questions as you want regarding the program and have it answered by an exercise pro.
